2- Regarding the general conditions.

These general terms and conditions of use and sale apply strictly to the use of the website www.senshoku.es or senshoku.es (hereinafter "Senshoku" or "the Website") and to all sales of products made on it to natural persons (hereinafter the "customer" or the "user").

Every order placed with Senshoku necessarily implies the Customer's acceptance of Senshoku's General Terms and Conditions in effect on the date the order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms and conditions will apply to the order to which they refer, as well as to all subsequent orders, except in cases where new terms and conditions are brought to their attention by Senshoku. The fact that Senshoku does not invoke any of these terms and conditions at any given time shall not be interpreted as, nor shall it constitute, a waiver of or recourse to them in the future or in the past. If the Customer does not agree with these general terms and conditions, they should not access Senshoku or place orders on the website.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary to this.

3- Operation and use of Senshoku

Senshoku is a retail website for haberdashery products. It also offers services designed to meet customer needs, such as providing information on product usage or application demonstrations.

Senshoku reserves the right to modify, at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice to its users, the content, structure, operation, or access conditions of this site. Likewise, Senshoku reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to this site without prior notice for maintenance, updates, improvements, or repairs.

Senshoku strives to keep its website error-free and up-to-date; however, users acknowledge and accept that some of the information contained herein may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or contain typographical errors. It is the user's sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and/or usefulness of any information, advice, opinion, or other content available through this site.

Users are prohibited from using this website to send, transmit, or publish any illegal, threatening, libelous, defamatory, propagandistic, scandalous, obscene, or any other material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law, for which the user will be responsible in any case. In any case, the user must always provide truthful information that cannot lead to any kind of confusion, as well as correct identifying data, and never impersonating third parties.

Generally, user subscription or registration is not required to access Senshoku's services. However, Senshoku offers the option to subscribe or register to its users in order to provide them with better service. The use of certain services may be conditional upon obtaining a personal account through user registration. This registration will be carried out as expressly indicated on the website, and access to these restricted areas is protected by usernames and passwords or other security mechanisms. Users may not attempt to access these restricted areas without proper authorization, nor may they attempt to circumvent or manipulate the protection mechanisms established by Senshoku. 6- Cookies policy

7- Prices.

Prices published on Senshoku are in Euros and are valid except in the case of typographical errors. All prices shown include VAT applicable on the day of the order, except in areas where VAT does not apply to registered customers, in which case prices will be shown excluding VAT.

Offers or discounts on products sold at Senshoku will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise stated, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen. Users will be able to see both the offer price and the previous price without the offer (the lowest price of the product in the 30 days prior to the start of the offer).

8- Payment Methods:

When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made at Senshoku using different payment methods:

- Payment by bank transfer. The customer will receive an email indicating the account to which to make the transfer and the reference to include, information that will also be displayed on screen after confirming the order.

- Cash on delivery. The customer will pay for the order upon receipt, via the shipping company. This payment method incurs a surcharge to cover the costs associated with processing the payment with the shipping company. The surcharge will be displayed before order confirmation. This payment method is only available for orders destined for Spain and Portugal.

- Payment by credit or debit card. Payment is made through the secure PayPal payment gateway or the bank. Senshoku does not have access to the card details entered by the customer at any time.

- Payment via PayPal. The customer must have a PayPal account to make the payment. Information at www.paypal.com.

- Other payment methods: Depending on the customer's address, you may be able to use other payment methods, such as payment via Bizum in Spain or other methods in other countries.

Senshoku does not receive or store the payment data provided by the customer; it is handled solely by the entities that provide the payment method (e.g., Paypal or others).

9- Articles:

The offers presented by Senshoku are valid while supplies last.
The photographs and color details shown are of actual products and are generally provided by the product manufacturer. However, there may be slight differences in appearance between the on-screen display and the product upon receipt.

If any item is out of stock or unavailable upon receiving the order, the customer will be duly informed, indicating the approximate time in which the item will be available and offering the possibility to cancel, modify or keep the order as desired.

10- Shipments:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing their order. If the order is placed by a registered user, they are also available in their personal area on the website.
Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. They are shipped from Spain to the delivery address provided by the customer, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Typically, delivery takes 1-2 business days for mainland Spain and Portugal, 5-7 days for the rest of the EU, and may take longer for other countries (typical delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped).
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

The available carriers are (the customer can select them when placing their order):

- For mainland Spain: Courier (delivery time of 1 or 2 working days) / Post Office - Collection at post office (delivery time of 2 or 3 working days).

- For mainland Portugal: Courier (delivery time of 2 or 3 working days).

- For the Balearic Islands: Collection at Post Office (delivery time of 2 or 3 working days)/Courier (delivery time of 2 or 3 working days).

- For the Canary Islands: Shipping via postal service, delivery time 72-120 hours (3-5 business days). There may be delays due to customs processing.

- For Andorra: Delivery via Correos to your home/Collection at post office (please indicate desired office).

- Other international destinations: Senshoku will ship via courier or postal mail depending on the destination.

The user will be informed of the shipping costs included in their order before confirming it. Details of the shipping costs can be found in the " Shipping Costs " section.

NOTE: For international shipments outside the European Union, please be aware that customs in the destination country may apply additional charges upon receipt of the order. These charges are NOT included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

11- Returns policy

You can return items up to 15 days after receiving them. Items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.
Prior to the return, you must contact Senshoku to process it (through www.senshoku.es , "contact" section or by email to the address senshoku@senshoku.es)
 
Senshoku will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your return. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Senshoku will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, only the cost of the returned items will be refunded. Shipping and return costs are not included. Items where there is a slight difference in color perception between the displayed screen and the received product are not considered defective or incorrect.
